An invigorating herbal infusion inspired by traditional Ayurvedic spice blends and the wild beauty of nature. A blend designed for daily ritual, it is grounding, energising, and quietly restorative.
Wild Spirit can be enjoyed simply as a loose leaf infusion, or prepared more traditionally for a richer, deeper brew with milk and honey.
Ingredients: cinnamon pieces, ginger, stinging nettle leaves, cloves, sweet blackberry leaves, cardamom seeds, white pepper
Important: Always brew with boiling water and let it infuse for 5-10 min in order to obtain a safe beverage. __________________________________________________________________________
Brewing Instructions:
Use 1 to 2 tsp/cup
With 100 ̊C water
And steep for 5 mins to 10 min
Your infusion is usually consumed without milk
Traditional Preparation
Simmer 11 g of Wild Spirit in 1 litre of water for approximately 30 minutes. Strain and add 250 ml of milk if desired. Sweeten with honey to taste.
For a Richer Chai-Style Brew
Simmer 11 g of Wild Spirit in 1 litre of water for 30 minutes. Add 6 g of black tea and steep for a further 3–5 minutes. Strain, add milk, and sweeten as desired.
