Organic Pai Mu Tan - White Tea

Pai Mu Tan, also known as White Peony, is the most renowned specialty among white teas, this tea is cherished for its delicate qualities. After the leaves are carefully plucked, the only processing step is to naturally dry them either in the sun or in a specialised room, preserving the tea's purest form. Our organic Pai Mu Ta has large, voluminous, multi-hued green leaves, adorned with long, beautiful silver tips. The flavour is light, elegant, and complex, offering an incredibly enjoyable and refined drinking experience.

Please note that this tea has at least twice the volume of other loose teas.

Brewing Instructions:

Use 1 tsp/cup
With 85 ̊C water 
And steep for 1 - 3 mins
Your tea is normally enjoyed without milk and can be re infused
