Organic Ingredients: rose hip peel, hibiscus blossom apple pieces, orange peel, raspberry leaves, freeze-dried red currants, freeze-dried strawberry pieces, natural spice flavouring, lemon oil

Always brew with boiling water and let infuse for 5-10 minutes in order to obtain a safe beverage

Use 1 to 2 tsp/cup
With 100 ̊C water 
And steep for 5 mins to 10 min
Your infusion is usually consumed without milk
