Ingredients: black tea (61%), cinnamon pieces, popped buckwheat, cream-caramel pieces (sweetened condensed skimmed milk, sugar, glucose syrup, butter fat, wetting agent: sorbitol, emulsifying agent: mono- and diglyceride of edible fatty acids), flavouring, sweet blackberry leaves, sunflower blossoms

Use 1 tsp/cup
With 98 ̊C water 
And steep for approx. 3-5 mins
