Milky Oolong

This is one of the most unique and exceptional tea specialties, both in its production and flavour, that is crafted almost entirely by hand in the Fujian Province. At its core is a high-quality Ti Kuan Yin Oolong, lightly oxidised  to create a truly rare and remarkable tea. The meticulous production process is crucial to achieving the desired creamy, milky profile. This careful attention to detail results in a smooth and mellow tea that is sure to win the hearts of tea lovers.

ingredients: half-oxidised tea, flavouring (lactose)

Brewing Instructions:

Use 1 tsp/cup
With 85 ̊C water 
And steep for approx. 3 mins
Your tea is normally enjoyed without milk

can be re infused a number of times (often disposing of a 1st shorter infusion but that's not necessary)
