Origin: Thailand
Lemongrass, part of the sweet grass family, encompasses around 55 different varieties. It originates from Southeast Asia, Sri Lanka, India, and Australia. Also known as citronella, lemongrass is primarily used as a spice in Asian cuisine, often in dried, cut, or ground form. It has a unique fragrance— a refreshing, lemony aroma with subtle rose-like notes and an exotic twist. Pure lemongrass is enjoyed on its own or commonly used in tea blends, offering a refreshing, thirst-quenching experience.
Important: Always brew with boiling water and let it infuse for 5-10 min in order to obtain a safe beverage.
Please note that the volume of Lemongrass is more than twice the volume of normal teas. e.g. 100g looks like 250g.

Brewing Instructions:
Use 1 to 2 tsp/cup
With 100 ̊C water
And steep for 5 mins to 10 min
Your infusion is usually consumed without milk
