Keemun Black - OP
Keemun Black - OP
Origin: China
Keemun is one of China’s most distinguished teas, grown in the Anhui province in Central China. Despite its fame, Keemun has only been produced since 1875, when the region transitioned from green tea to black tea production. This OP grade (Orange Pekoe) Keemun offers a smooth, mildly aromatic flavour with a gentle sweetness and spice. The brew has a deep, dark red colour and a pleasingly soft bouquet. It's an ideal tea for a refreshing and satisfying afternoon drink.
Grade: OP - Orange Pekoe = consists of the second and third leaf without any tips. A big leafed tea that is lower in tannin but full of flavour. __________________________________________________________________________
